Valentine special - an 8 years old boy is already married !!!!!!

yes it is true !!!! ( I aint faking it )

to the left is the bride, Elleanor Purgslove

and to the right is the groom, Reece Fleming

--------------

but the story is not about the wedding....

but about the boy, Reece Fleming.

Reece Fleming was diagnosed with leukemia back in 2004 when he was just 4 years old. At age 8, with weeks to live.

Reece Fleming battled leukemia for years until this May 2008, when doctors told the family, little Reece, only 8 years old, would only have a few weeks to live.

Reece Fleming’s family decided to try and help him achieve most of his goals before his death.

and one of his wishes is getting married with his school sweetheart, Elleanor Purgslove.
( clap clap clap.... you do know what is the best wishes for you aint you ? LOL )

Reece Fleming’s mother stated, “When we found out that we only had a few weeks with him we tried to do absolutely everything with him that we could. Him and Ellie had been ’special friends’ for a couple of years but then they broke up."

so, his parents arrange some little party ( pirate party ) at their house and asked her to join in, and she agreed.

then, at the party...
during the laser tag party, he "proposed" to her.

and again, she agreed to his proposal.

After she accepted, their parents arranged a pretend wedding at Reece’s home.

On that day, July 4th, Elleanor arrived at Reece’s house in a wedding dress. Her mother acted as vicar as the school friends exchanged rings and vows.

then, Reece dressed in his favorite shirt, and presented her with a red nose.
( is it a shirt ? i thought that it was a pajamas.... @_@ )

The families went out to dinner in the mayor’s limousine and organized the wedding with rings and even a fictional certificate.

After the procession is finish, Reece lying down at the sofa and say this to his mom, “Mom, I think I can go now,”

And the following day after the weeding, Reece passed away at his home with his family.

His mom added, “He was so proud of her, and we were proud of them both.”

During the funeral, the mourners followed a horse-draw hearse on foot.

His mom added, “Even on the Saturday that he died, he got out of bed and walked to the sofa. He always tried walking, right to the end, so we thought if he walked for us then we would walk for him.”
